Catie O'Brien was a spunky seven-year-old girl who was diagnosed in July 2008 with a very rare, very aggressive cancer in her spine.
She underwent treatment at St. Jude's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
Catie's mom, Christine, went to Tennessee with Catie. Her dad, Kevin, stayed back at home in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, working and watching over Catie's siblings, Maggie, Max, Mia, Molly, and M.E.
